These terms apply to all orders placed via our webshop. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Orders and agreements

Orders are confirmed via email after payment.

We may refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or non-payment.
5. Payment

Payment methods available on the webshop (Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).

Orders shipped only after full payment.
6. Delivery

Orders shipped within stated delivery times.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers can cancel within 14 days after receiving the product.

Return the product within 14 days after notification.

Return shipping costs borne by customer unless agreed otherwise.

8. Returns and complaints

Products must be returned undamaged, complete, in original packaging.

9. Warranty

2-year statutory warranty applies.

Does not cover misuse, wear, or negligence.
10. Force majeure
We may suspend or cancel orders in case of force majeure without compensation.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Belgian law applies.

Courts of Hasselt have exclusive jurisdiction.
